A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Built to fit
your operation.

Can we use POS, kiosk and online ordering together?

Yes. RTP99 supports these ordering channels alongside kitchen displays and front-counter fulfillment. Menus and available payment methods can be configured for each channel.

Do we need to install anything locally?

Cloud access works through a browser. For a local restaurant deployment, install StoreHub on designated Windows computers and the Terminal package on other stations. A Secondary StoreHub is optional for local redundancy.

What happens when the internet is unavailable?

A configured StoreHub supports local restaurant workflows and stores local data. Routing depends on the availability of your local nodes and network. Online payments, SMS and other provider services need connectivity; test the offline workflows for your deployment before relying on them.

Can we manage more than one restaurant?

RTP99 Platform supports multiple tenant workspaces, each with its own configuration and restaurant context. Location and inventory-transfer tools support configured multi-location operations.

Will AI change my menu or inventory automatically?

AI provides assistance such as descriptions, images, recommendations, product analysis and operational insights. Your staff reviews suggestions and manages what is applied. AI provider setup is required.
