RTP99 POS Terms of Service
These terms apply to the RTP99 POS product website and service unless a separate written customer agreement governs the deployment.
Effective September 28, 2026
1. Product use
RTP99 POS provides restaurant ordering, fulfillment, administration and related capabilities. Access is limited to authorized users and configured customer or tenant environments.
2. Restaurant customer terms are separate
A restaurant using RTP99 POS may present its own customer-facing ordering terms, refund rules, privacy notice and messaging consent at tenant-scoped ordering pages. Those restaurant-specific notices are separate from these RTP99 product terms.
3. Accounts, roles and security
Customers are responsible for assigning appropriate roles, protecting credentials and devices, and reporting suspected misuse. Users may not bypass security controls, interfere with service availability or use the software for unlawful activity.
4. Payments and communications
Configured payment processors, SMS providers, email providers, AI providers and other integrations may process information needed for their workflows. Their availability and terms affect the corresponding feature. Payment success should be determined from authoritative processor confirmation rather than a browser display alone.
5. Local operation and connectivity
Some StoreHub workflows can operate locally when configured, but online ordering, cloud synchronization, messaging, external AI, and many payment functions require network or provider availability. Customers should test their deployment and fallback procedures.
6. Customer data
Customers remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of information they submit and for obtaining required notices or consents. RTP99 processes tenant data to provide, secure and support the service.
7. Availability, changes and support
Features can change as the service evolves. Maintenance, hardware failures, third-party provider incidents and network conditions may affect availability. Support requests can be submitted through the RTP99 POS support page.
8. Intellectual property and liability
RTP99 software, branding and documentation remain the property of RTP99 or its licensors. Any warranty, service-level or liability terms in a signed customer agreement take precedence over these general website terms.
